Abstract

The development levels of small satellite technology and its application are summed up. The Constellation conception and design parameter are given, and the development of constellation is introduced. The challenge of constellation application is pointed out. Then, the communication satellite constellation technique and its project principle are analyzed. Lastly, some LEO constellation schemes are discussed, some key technologies and development directions are pointed out.
