Abstract

The article analyses the higher education function of scientific research, such as the production of science and technology, the spread of science and technology, the application of science and technology, tries to figure out how it drives the advance of science and technology from viewpoint of the engendering, expansion and strengthening of scientific research , and values the ideas concerned how to realize striding development of science and technology.
