Abstract
Shot put ?a throwing event requiring speed and physical strength ?has the physical strength as its basis and the speed as its core. The exellent sportsmen have some different technique in throwing, but the decided factors are common. These decided factors include the height of the throwing, the degree of the throwing. By analysing the three factors, the thesis provides powerful theoretical basis for the training of shot putting.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
