On Construction and Perfection of Benefit Expression Mechanism under the Harmonious Social Point of View

Harmony society is a society in which the relationship of social group benefits are mutually harmonious. Perfect expression mechanism ofsocial benefits is a key point that guarantees all social classes to exercise their benefit expression right, insures fair rationality of pubic policies, moderaterelationship of social benefits between all social classes, dissolves contradictions in society ,and promote social harmony .The imperfection of benefitexpression mechanism in the present stage in our country lead to unequalization of the opportunity of benefits expression of all social classes, which hasalready influenced rationality and science of establishment of public polices in our country, worsened unbalance of benefit structure and resistive that partsof groups put up to political system, and induces many unsteady factors in society. Perfecting benefit expression mechanism has become an urgent matter ofthe moment of setting up socialist harmony society in our country.
