Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of hair transplantation in bald platient. Methods We have treated 565 cases of hair loss and bald patients. The following-up time was 1 year(8~14months). Results New hair grew out after 2~3 months. The initial visible results appeared after 5~6 months. In the 565 cases, the rate of growth of the hair grafts and eyebrow transplant were between 95%~100%. The rate of grafts growth on the scar was over 90%. New hair did keep the same texture, density, growth speed and persistent growth characteristic as the donor hair. Conclusion The procedure is generally completed within 3~5 hours, and patients can return to work the next day. Through 3 years clinical observation, hair transplantation can get very good effect in China.
