Abstract

After the foundation of the People's Republic of China,the objective situations required the Communist Party to transform its duty from leading the revolution to leading the construction.In order to realize this transformation,the Party Central Committee in which Mao Zedong was the central core,did a lot of important considerations and beneficial explorations about the construction of the Party's ruling competence,and collected many valuable experiences.
