Abstract

Physical Education in university has to adjust to the changing of modern concepts on Physical Education as well as the demands of social development.Based on the previous foundation,it is necessary for us to conduct reform and innovation constantly.We should improve students’knowledge and skills of Physical Education and cultivate their good concepts and habits on Physical Education.
