Abstract

NC simulation is a key research subject of CAC/AM. It describes the situation and the content of physical simulation to the lathe machining firstly. A framework and model building method of the simulation are provided. And some models,such as the cutting force model、vibration model etc,are provided detailedly. Finally the trends of the NC simulation are discussed.
