Abstract

This article is subjective about environment crime.Environment crime is a new problem of modern society.Treated this crime,fault liability should be applied to firstly,auxiliary the strict liability.Refering to the strict liability,we don't mean it is equal to non-fault liability,in essence,it is a constructive fault,and it doesn't vidate the principle of subject according aspect to object aspect.Furthermore,strict liability has practical value in charging criminal liability.
