Abstract

The effects of dispersant types and amount, magnetic stirring and ultrasonic vibration on the nano-Cu2O suspension performance were researched.Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)and polyethylene glycol(PEG)were chosen as nano-material dispersants, and dispersant addition, magnetic stirring and ultrasonic vibration were combined to prepare nanoCu2O suspension. The results show that magnetic stirring has a certain effect on the dispersion of nanoCu2O powder in the dispersion medium, ultrasonic oscillation can't be applied to the preparation of Cu2O suspension, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide has a desirable effect on the dispersion of nano-Cu2O powder in the medium. With the addition of Cu2O Nano powder and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in a ratio of 1to 0.5and the magnetic stirring of 60minutes,the dispersion performance of nano-Cu2O suspension with mass fraction of 0.20%is ideally stable.
