Abstract

In this paper,through a case,the application of Value Engineering in the project cost control was studied.According to the different project cost and the function characteristics,its was carried on analysis from two angle of the technology and economy,value index analysis was carried with the use of project cost index,function index,so as to determine the optimal cost plan.
