Abstract
Analyzed the functions of the BIM-based building maintenance management system on the basis of comparing the demerits of traditional building maintenance procedure and the merits of BIM-based building maintenance management system. Then established the frame of BIM in building maintenance management system and discussed how this system would interpretably operate in lifecycle, to standardize the procedures of building management, and improve the economic and social benefits of building maintenance management.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
