Abstract
The effects of pepper yield, nutrition quality and safety quality with organic fertilizer fermentation treated by EM biological agents planted in greenhouse were studied, the results showed that:the organic fertilizer treated by EM biological agents could enhanced the yield and quality of pepper significantly. Under the same conditions, the yield of pepper was the highest, and the quality of Pepper was the best after fertilized the Chicken manure treated by EM biological agents. Compared with ordinary farmyard manure, it could increased the production by 40.39 ~69.75%, Vc in pepper by 38.18%, while could decreased the nitrate content by13.1~33.2 mg/kg.
