Abstract
Due to human and natural factors,the biological diversity of the Earth declines sharply,and a large number of plants are facing extinction.It is very bad for the evolution of the nature,so the protection of endangered plants become very urgent.With the rapid development of molecular biological technology,genetic diversity analysis has been widely used in the protection of endangered species.In this paper,the application prospect and the utilization situation of genetic diversity analysis in conservation genetics of Chinese endangered plants are summarized.
