Abstract
【Objective】To explore variability of blood lipids,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and clinical significance in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.【Methods】The level of the blood lipids and hs-CRP of 69 patients with AMI and 73 patients with stable coronary heart disease(SCHD) were tested and comparably analyzed.【Results】The TC,TG,LDL-C of patients with AMI were much lower than those of patients with SCHD(P0.05).The hs-CRP of patients with AMI was much higher than that of patients with SCHD(P0.05).The concentration of hs-CRP was negatively related with serum levels of TC,LDL-C(r=-0.356,-0.371,respectively,P0.05)in patients with AMI.【Conclusion】The level of inflammatory factors increases with the reduction of TC,TG,LDL-C during acute phase of AMI.
