Abstract

In the information environment change,International cataloging boundary develop and update the FRBR,ISBN,RDA and a series of cataloging standard.This paper concretely analyzes the cataloging object,cataloguing level and data maintenance in the new environment.Then the requirements of cataloguer to conversion thinking,improve the quality and research the new rules was put forward.
