Abstract
Epigenetic abnormality is closely related to the development of malignant tumors.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a series of short non-coding RNAs that can regulate the expressions of protein-coding genes posttranscriptionally,of which regulatory mechanism belongs to the broad epigenetics. In recent years, the research on miRNA has shown that the interactions between miRNA and epigenetic have a close relationship with the modulation about blood cell differentiation and occurrence, development, diagnosis and treatment of hematologic malignancies, which may offer a new access to the diagnosis and treatment for neoplasms.
