Study on strengthening teaching quality management of independent college

Abstract

Quality of teaching is essential and vital to an independent college,therefore,strengthening teaching quality management is the main task for the college.This paper introduces how to strengthen teaching quality through four parts,namely,management of faculty qualification,management of supervision of teaching,management of feedback from teaching and management of rewards and penalties to faculties and discusses how to build up a comparatively valid teaching quality management system to ensure the steady improvement of teaching.
