Abstract
Generally speaking, the interacting forces between two current elements do not satisfy Newton third law, that is, the total mechanical momentum of the moving charges are not conserved under the interaction of the electromagnetic forces. This paper has proved that the system consisting of the moving charge particles is still complied with the law of conservation of momentum, if,in addition,the momentum of the electromagnetic field is considered.
