Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive surgery and conventional craniotomy for hypertensive intracere-bral hemorrhage.Methods: Retrospective analysis from May 2005 to July 2009 during craniotomy in 39 cases and 44 cases of minimally invasive surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,comparing the effect of two ways.Results: Both minimally invasive surgery group and conventional craniotomy group have received good effect,but there was no significant difference.Conclusions: There was no significant difference between minimally invasive surgery group and craniotomy group,but minimally invasive surgery is simple,small size of trauma,lower cost,well tolerated in patients,so it is worth promoting.
