Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate body mass index and body weight over pregnancy weight gain and neonatal birth weight and pregnancy outcome of the relationship between high-risk pregnancies and to reduce the incidence and great children provide the basis for the incidence of dystocia. METHODS The body mass index(BMI) as the standard group,analysis of excessive maternal weight,weight gain,a huge children incidence,the incidence of dystocia,as well as BMI and birth weight,mode of delivery,pregnancy complications. RESULTS The three groups had significant differences in birth weight,a huge incidence of children were 5.00%,6.10% and 11.96%,with statistically significant difference(P0.05) . Weight,excessive weight gain during pregnancy and birth weight was positively related(P 0.05);Obese group significantly increased with gestational diabetes mellitus was 3 times the normal group,and the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension was significantly higher. Group 3 mode of delivery,obstructed labor(cesarean section and forceps delivery) compared the incidence,there are very significant differences. CONCLUSION The obese group and excessive weight gain during pregnancy were great children,pregnancy,the incidence of diabetes and pregnancy-induced hypertension is higher than normal weight and low body restructuring,pre-pregnancy body mass index and excessive growth of body weight and neonatal birth weight and pregnancy outcome related.
