Effect observation of Shenkang injection combined with Bailing capsule in treating chronic renal failure

Objective To study the of clinical efficacy of Shenkang injection in combination with Bailing capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods Totally 150 cases of chronic renal failure patients in accordance with random number tables were randomly assigned to observation and control groups,control group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with shenkang injection,observation groups on the basis of the treatment groups combined with bailing capsules on the basis of,course is 8 weeks.Observed two groups total effective rate and kidney function in patients with various indicators.Results In observation group total effective rate significantly higher than that of the control group,P0.05;After the treatment observation and control groups of BUN,SCr,a 24-hour urine protein quantitative were were significant differences,P0.05.Conclusions Shenkang injection and efficacy of bailing capsule in treating chronic renal failure is better,safe and worthy of feasible,and worth of clinical promotion.
