Abstract
This review is about sisal fiber,construction,properties and application of short sisal fiber rein- forced composites.The review of sisal fiber mostly includes the compendium of sisal fiber and the comparison with other fibers,the method of surface treatment and the token for sisal fiber.The review of short sisal fiber reinforced composites mostly includes the study of short sisal fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin,thermosetting resin,rubber, cement,gypsum and other matrix composites.
