Abstract
The endogenous rooting inhibitors in the branch of LH21 clone (Eucalyptus urophylla ?Eucalyptus camaldulensis) were studied by sprouting experiments of the rooting of cuttings and germination rate of seeds. The crude extract was purified by organic solvent extraction methods and silica gel column chromatography and five fractions were separated. The results indicated that the inhibitory action of five fractions were different. According to the analysis of Duncan's SSR, two fractions have strong inhibited effects to rooting.
