Research on carrying capacity and sustainable utilization of water resources in Shanxi Province

This article uses the carrying capacity analysis method, carries on the quantitative analysis to the disposition situation of Shanxi' s water resources.The result indicated:Shanxi' s water resources load bearing condition is stern;The water resources already became restricts the Shanxi Province social economy and the ecological environment coordinated development primary factor.In view of this kind of present situation, this article further proposed the measures to the sustainable utilization of the water resources in Shanxi Province.
