Abstract

Objective:To analyze the rule of hypertension TCM syndrome distribution with clinical epidemiology method.Methods:Using questionnaire to survey 1508 cases of hypertension patients with cross-sectional survey methods.Input Software is Epidata 3.0.Statistical analysis software is SAS9.0.Results:Syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis is 900 cases,59.68%;Imbalance of yin and yang is 544 cases,36.07%;Blood stasis blocking collaterals is 228 cases,15.12%;Deficiency of qi and yin is 184 cases,12.20%;Deficiency of kidney yang is 131 cases,8.69%.Hypertension TCM syndrome factor distribution:blood stasis is 76.13%,phlegm is 71.09%,deficiency of yin is 69.30%,deficiency of yang is 54.64%,deficiency of qi is 37.93%,heat is 7.56%.Conclusion:Hypertension TCM syndrome distribution varied with the varying of life mode.Intermingled phlegm and blood stasis and imbalance of yin and yang were the most important pathogenesis of hypertension.The disease-bit is kidney and heart.
