Abstract

Objective To achieve rational clinical use of medicines through exploring the drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh).Methods Mycoplasma samples and drug sensitivity analysis results of 1 018 females with genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the samples of 1 018 females with genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection, the positive rate of Uu infection was 65.52%,which was significantly higher than that of Mh infection(5.21%) and that of Uu+MH mixed infection(29.27%).Drug sensitivity analysis revealed that the top five sensitive drugs for Mycoplasma were josamycin, doxycycline, minocycline, cyclic ester of erythromycin and clarithromycin cyclic ester, with sensitivity rates of 91.67%,89.69%,87.42%,66.4% and 66.01%,respectively.Conclusion For patients with clinical symptoms of mycoplasma infection, mycoplasma culture identification, drug sensitivity analysis, and treatment with sensitive drug are particularly important to control the dissemination and spread of mycoplasma.
