Abstract
Flora of vascular plants in Gujingyuan Nature Reserve,Anhui province was analyzed. The results showed that:( 1) Vascular plant species are very rich. There were 1978 species recorded in this nature reserve, belonging to 757 genera in 180 families.( 2) The flora belonged to East China flora, and the origin was very ancient with many endemic rare and endangered species in the reserve.( 3) Floristic elements were mainly temperate distribution, and this was consistent with its geographical position. That is,this flora was within the north subtropical region with transitional character of floristic elements ranging from sub-tropical to warm temperate.
