Research on the Institutional Construction in the Economic Integration of the Economic Zone of Western Longhai-Lanxin

The document of The Fifteenth Arrangement about the Western Development points out that we should promote the economic cooperation of the economic zone of western Longhai-Lanxin in order to influence the rural development.But in the past five years,the speed of the economic integration of the economic zone of western Longhai-Lanxin has been slow,compared with that of Zhujiang River and Yangtze River areas.There are lots of suggestions and measures that cannot be taken.In essence,the cause is that the economic zone of western Longhai-Lanxin lacks effective organizational institution.
