Abstract
The particle size distribution and the network structure of the SiO 2 sols were investigated by means of TEM and SDP. Some antireflective coatings were prepared by spin coating method using SiO 2 sol with various ageing temperature and time. The effect of the preparation parameters on antireflectivity was discussed, and then the optimal condition of the sol for the preparation of antireflective coatings was given.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
