Abstract
In the paper,we studied the effects of different pruning methods on the growth of hybrid tomato. The results showed that, the indicators such as stem diameter, height, main stem leaf number and width of the tomato plants treated by three-branch pruning method were better than the other three treatments',and the tomato plants treated by three-branch pruning method possessed the highest seed yield of 35.6 kg/667 m2.And the seed yield of the four treatments were as follows: A3(three-branch pruning)A2(two-branch pruning)A4(four-branch pruning)A1(one-branch pruning).
