Clinically Analyse Complications of operation Treatment in Adenomyosis

Objective To investigate the occurrence reason of complications in adenomyosis operation,in order to prevent these comlications after uterectomy.Methods We retrospectively reviewed and analyzed the complication of 164 cases adenomyosis operation(Subtotal hysterectomy,Laparoscopy,Hysterectomy) from yare 2005 to 2009.Analysised difference of comparing three groups of postoperative complications.Results Anuretic symptoms 8.15%(11/135),Injury of bladder 2.22%(3/135),Injury of ureter 2.22%(3/135),Cervical stump haemorrhage 1.5%(2/135),Hot flash 8.15%(11/135),Secondary endometriosis 4.44%(6/135).There was no significant difference for comparing three groups of postoperative complications(P0.05).Conclusion Operation treatment of adenomyosis have multiple pattern of operation,prevention of injury should be focused on,decrease endometriosis of postoperation,strengthen follow up analysis,promptly treat.
