Abstract

Through comprehensive testing and inspecting the operational electrical energy metering device of a power supply company,many problems were found.The paper brought forward measures to resolve the current problems by analyzing these problems,and proposed suggestions for energy metering program design and management of operation for electrical energy metering device.
