Abstract
A voltage quality monitoring and management system based on power network, public telephone network and computer network is introduced. The system can real time monitor voltage of importance node in power network,and communicate to computer network using public telephone network,and analyze monitoring data using database technology. A monitoring and management system of the power network status is produced.
