Abstract
Purpose To observe the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on ureterolith. Method The combination of acupuncture and medicine was used to treat 80 ureterolith cases. A medicine group and on acupuncture group were established for a comparison of the curative effects.Results and conclusion The cure rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher in the combined acupuncture and medicine group than in the medicine and acupuncture groups ( P0.05,P0.01) . A comparison between the medicine and acupuncture groups showed that there was no significant difference in the cure rate and the total effective rate.
