Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of clinical treatment and pregnancy outcomes of preterm premature rupture of membranes( PPROM). Method 168 cases with PPROM were analyzed retrospectively. Results The mode of delivery of different gestational age was compared, the difference was not statistically significant( P 0. 05). The asphyxia, respiratory distress syndrome, infection, intracranial bleeding complications and mortality of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the incidence of neonatal complications and mortality decreased with prolonged gestation. The maternal intrauterine infection and the incidence of puerperal fever of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). In comparison, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment measures for different gestational age preterm premature rupture of membranes, which can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes.
