Abstract
A kind of sensorless vector control of induction motor based on model reference adaptive system is designed. The speed signal is estimated by using the voltage model as reference model, and using the current model as the adjustable model. The approach is implemented on Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation results show that the method gives satisfying estimation of stator flux and rotor speed in the whole speed range.
