Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of ischemic treatment for lung transplant ischemia-reperfusion lung injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into the model group, the ischemic preconditioning group, the treated rats after ischemia group and the sham operation group. Except the sham group, the rest groups were established ischemia-reperfusion lung injury models. Results There were significant differences in proportion of dry mass of lung tissue in rats,MDA and myeloperoxidase substances between the combined treatment group and the post-conditioning group( P 0. 05). The activity of superoxide dismutase in lung tissues was the highest in the combined treatment group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The application of lung ischemia-reperfusion injury after ischemic preconditioning combined treatment has cumulatively protective effect on lung,so that it can greatly reduce the extent of damage.
