Abstract
Time is a basic issue in philosophy, especially in Chinese philosophy. Wang Chuanshan thinks time is in human beings' consciousness, that is, past, present and future link to man's recognition, thought and concern respectively, which reflects mentality's preservation, presentation and expectation functions. The passing of time bears not only linear feature but also the communication of the past, present and future. Time means the lasting opening of the existence, visibly and invisibly. As for the human beings, each bears the existence of his own and the world around him.
