Abstract
Based on the numerical simulation with PAMSTAMP software,the influence of blank holder force and multi-step forming on the deep drawing forming of elliptic sheet-metal parts was analyzed.The necking down and cracking defects caused during deep drawing forming were solved. Optimal technological process and parameters were obtained by means of computer simulation.
