To differentiate real right from creditor's right is not logical demarcation in conceptual meaning, but enumeration of right type which based on the content of right. Mixed right, which consists of characterstics of creditor's right and some attributes of real right, is an independent right type different from real right and creditor's right. Civil property right system is open, so it is composed of real right, creditor's right and other countless right type.
