Abstract
A study on floristic composition, community structure and species diversity under the pattern of reserving broad leaved tree in Chinese fir plantation at year of 30 and pure stand of Chinese fir was carried out The results indicated that the pattern of reserving broad leaved tree in Chinese fir stand has a flora of 57 families, 102 generas and 138 species more than that of pure stand, which is dominated by dicotyledon that occupied 61 4% and 68 6% of total families numbers and total generas numbers, respectively Compared to pure stand, this pattern has more figures in amount of families that have multi species, and less in families that has mono species This pattern has more complex community structure with 7 sub layers which each has higher species richness The species diversity of stratum layer, shrub layer and forest community was each higher but that of herbage layer and bine layer each lower than that in control It is concluded, therefor, that reserving broad leaved tree in Chinese fir plantation benefit the conservation of biodiversity that deserves wide spreading
