Abstract
Ecological civilization is based on the relationship between human and nature and focuses on the har- mony between human and society,and the harmony amongst human.It emphasizes co-existence and harmony.Ecologi- cal civilization is in close relationship with the material civilization,spiritual civilization,political civilization and the hu- man's civilized behavior.The construction of ecological civilization includes a series of items:protecting the ecological environment,developing the ecological industry,carrying out the ciretdar economy,implementing the reasonable con- sumption,persisting to civilized behavior,establishing the harmony relationship,building ecological society,and devel- oping international cooperation etc.
