Abstract
Objective:To discuss the microvascular change in spinal cord and neuronal microenviroment after spinal cord chronic compressed.Method:Animal models were established, spinal cord microvascular image, morphologic and biochemical methods were employed to observe the munbers of neuron, area of microcirculation of spinal cord and the expression of VEGF,NF,GFAP.Result:The munbers of neuron, microvascular area of spinal cord decreased, apoptosis cells existed and VEGF expressed,NF dissolved,GFAP was hyperplasia, neuronal microenviroment was destroied, the more compression the more destroy.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
