Abstract
Customs and cross border systems are the core of the issue of trade facilitation, Customs plays an important role in the promotion of international trade facilitation. Focusing on the research of the United States and Singapore Customs implementation of trade facilitation and in contrast to China's Customs trade facilitation practice, this paper proposes that China customs should further enhance the level of trade facilitation, promote a partnership relationship with the business and strengthen international customs cooperation under the guidance of ideology of balancing trade facility and trade security so as to realistically promote the development of trade facilitation.
