The clinical research of Xiaoerfuxie powder and tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets for infant joint rotavirus driarrhea

Objective To observe Xiaoerfuxie powder and tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets combination therapy for infant rotavirus curative effect.Methods 180 cases of children with rotavirus diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 90 cases.Treatment group was treated with Xiaoerfuxie powder and tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets;Control group were given anti-viral,fluid,and corrected acidosis,maintained fluid and electrolyte balance and anti-inflammatory.Observed effects of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%higher than 85.6% in contral group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Diarrhea,the total course of treatment shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Two group had no adverse reactions during treatment;Liver function before and after treatment,no abnormal changes in blood and urine routine examination.Conclusion Xiaoerfuxie powder and tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets combination therapy for infant rotavirus diarrhea has safe and effective,to restore intestinal microecological balance,diarrhoea.It is worth further popularized.
