Abstract
An exogenous degrading bacterium was immobilized in calcium alginate to improve the degradation of anthracene. The biodegradation rate of anthracene can reach 86% after 12 days in an initial concentration 100mg/L, with optimum pH and temperature of 7 and 30℃. Experiment indicated that the capability of degradation can be improved by adding some diatomite powder to immobilized cells.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
