Abstract
Objective:To compare the count accuracies of lymphocyte subpopulations(CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+) detection with cell chip and flow cytometry. Methods: The methods of cell chip and flow cytometry were respectively used to count the lymphocyte subpopulations of various population samples. Results: There was a good correlation between the CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ values determined with cell chip and flow cytometry, the correlation coefficient r=0.98,0.93 and 0.95,with an average error: CD3+ T cells to-16 cells/μl(P0.001),CD4 + T cells-8 cells/μl(P0.001),and CD8+ T cells-10 cells/μl(P0.001).Conclusion: Cell chip can accurately count the human blood CD3+ CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes, the device is simple, inexpensive, easy to operate and fast, suitable for primary hospital.
