Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of transplanting the autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells cultured in vitro in the treatment of lower limbs ischemia in rabbits.Method The suspension of autologous bone marrowmesenchymal stem cells was injected into the muscles of schemic lower limbs models, then 3 and 6 months later, the collateral circulation and blood vessel neogenesis was examined by DSA and pathological approaches.Result The autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells got satisfactory therapeutic effects in the treatment of lower limbs ischemia in rabbits. Conclusion The transplantation of autologous bone marrowmesenchymal stem cells cultured in vitro is an effective therapy in the treatment of ischemic disease of lower limbs.
