Study on the Development of Legal Regulation of Private Equity Fund

As an important force of non-governmental investment,private equity fund plays an active and irreplaceable role in the whole capital market even national economy in China.It's of important meaning to establish and perfect China's capital market to develop private equity.Private equity fund in China is still in its infancy,and there is a rather great gap compared with the developed countries in either funds scale or legislation.Making in-depth research organizational forms of private equity fund,being well aware of the merits and characteristics of partnership organization will contribute to the development of multiple organizational forms of private equity fund.
